MOVE-UPS: Dogs may be moved up at the request of the owner as a result of qualifying
for an agility title, provided that the request is made to the Trial Secretary in writing.
(E-Mail is acceptable) All move-ups must be received by the Trial Secretary no later
than 6PM on Monday, January 4, 2016. Day-to-day move-ups over the weekend will
be accepted but must be made to the Trial Secretary no later than the day preceding
the event (by the end of that days trial). No moving down or changing or height after
closing except as specified in Chapter 1 Section 21 of the AKC Regulations For Agility
Trials.

PRIZES AND AWARDS
Ribbons will be awarded to all placements in all classes and heights.
Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all dogs receiving a qualifying score. Dogs must qualify to
receive placements.
A Bar and Rosette will also be awarded for any team earning their
Master Agility Championship.
All awards not picked up by the exhibitor(s) become the property of GODC
COURSE FAMILIARIZATION AND WARM-UPS
Handlers in all classes are permitted to walk the course, without a dog, prior to the start of the class. The walkthrough is restricted to handlers entered only in that class.
A warm-up area, consisting of a regulation agility jump, shall be provided for all exhibitors. Exhibitors may not
use the warm-up area to relieve their dogs.
**Tentative Judging Schedule for all days (subject to change upon receipt of total entries)—be
sure to consult the Judging Schedule in your final confirmation.

DOGS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER
This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the American
Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing
Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service
(FSS) breeds. Bitches in season, aggressive, blind or deaf dogs or dogs suffering from any deformity,
injury or illness which may affect the dog's physical or mental performance are ineligible to participate
ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS-Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no
entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after published closing
date.
**ALL DOGS ARE TO BE EITHER ON LEASH OR CONTAINED IN A SECURE LOCATION AT ALL
TIMES UNLESS THEY ARE IN THE RING. PER AKC RULES NO DOGS ARE TO BE RUNNING FREE

The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are
familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to
perform all obstacles safely.
Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from
competition by the action of the Trial Committee.
No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil
disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the
control of the organizing committee.
It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or
Bitches that come in season after the closing of entries will be allowed a refund, minus
children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly

Handlers may opt to enter in a higher height division for all Regular titling classes, but not in a division lower than their proper height
division. Dogs entered in the Preferred classes must compete at the required jump height and may not compete in a jump height
division higher or lower than their proper height division.
All dogs that have not been officially measured for an Agility Jump Height Card may still compete; however, they must be measured
by a Judge of record, an Agility Field Representative, or a Volunteer Measuring Official, prior to running. If measured by the Judge of
record, that measurement will be valid for this trial or back-to-back trials only. If a measurement is necessary, it is the exhibitor's
responsibility to have their dog(s) measured prior to running.
Dogs listed in the AKC Canine PartnersSM program may be eligible to enter all-breed AKC agility trials at the club’s option. These dogs
