E Proposal to hold the next EPRBiodose meeting Proposed date and location: 6-10 November 2017 (this is flexible but mid-May-September in Egypt is very hot) Approximate budget for 150 attendees o Registration fees: 800 USA with specific including meals and two receptions o Ability to cover required advance payments to reserve venue A small support will be provided by Egyptian Environmental Mutagen Society and Egyptian Specialized Federation of Scientific NGOs o Ability to propose grants for young scientists Conference Centre: o Has the capacity for more 200 attendees (Conference will be held for free at the Hotel with highest residence from Conference Attendees) o Two rooms to hold two parallel sessions is available o Space for 100 posters available throughout the meeting is available Accommodation: o How many hotels around the conference center 10 o What is the range of rates 75 – 350 USA (most prominent 150 USA) Transportation: o Ease of get to an international airport Egypt air port – Sharm El Sheik air port 2 flights per day.
