Rambutan
Overlooking Cable Beach, the mood at Sunset Bar
& Grill is casual and the view unparalleled. Enjoy the
bar menu and cocktails whilst watching the sun set
into the Indian Ocean or order from the grill menu,
which includes a selection of delicious appetisers
and desserts. Two dining concepts and one
unforgettable view.
The tropical poolside setting and exciting
Malay cuisine inspired by Chinese, Indian and
Indonesian flavours make Rambutan a must
do resort experience. Malaysian cuisine was
introduced to Broome in the early 1900s by
the labourers working on the pearl luggers.
Our restaurant is aligned to the history and
melting pot of Broome cultures.
Breakfast is served daily, with a full buffet offering
fresh fruits, cereals, pastries and your favourite
hot selections.
Zensai
For an intimate dining experience and authentic
Japanese cuisine, we welcome you to Zensai. Enjoy
a sample of traditional favourites from fresh sashimi
to tempura, yaki-tori and yaki-ton or simply order
‘Omakase’ – which means leave it to us!
Club Restaurant
Our signature restaurant presents local
delicacies of pearl meat, barramundi or
delicious pasta from our menu with an Italian
twist. Here, Sir Sydney Nolan’s trilogy, ‘The
Pilbara’ takes pride of place in our opulent
dining room that is decorated with an eclectic
mix of Asian antiques and objets d’art.

While you’re relaxing by the Ocean Pool
indulge in a cocktail, poolside snack or lunch.
Our menus include salads, sandwiches,
burgers and an extensive beverage list. Either
dine on your sun lounge or at the alfresco
café setting.
If the kids start getting peckish, head to the
Family Pool for light snacks, luncheon dining
or afternoon treats, there is something for
the entire family.
Alternatively, enjoy midmorning coffee, cake
or lunch at the Boardwalk Café.

Nestled amongst the lush gardens you will find a range
of accommodation – Studios, Bungalows, Villas and
Suites. Designed with Broome character and Kimberley
charm, each accommodation option is a fusion of
colonial and Asian influence. Couples will enjoy the
range of Studios or a private Villa and families have the
option of interconnecting Studios, Bungalows or Suites.
Studios
Located in two-storey wings, the Studio range
has been designed to accommodate any holiday
experience. We offer a choice of garden, pool or
ocean-side studios, each opening onto a private
balcony complete with a day bed.
Pool Terrace Studios
For a romantic couples retreat, these ground floor
Studios feature a decked terrace with sun lounges and
umbrellas, and have direct access to the adults-only
Ocean Pool.
Pool View and Pool Terrace Studios are for adults only.

A home away from home, these classic Broome
bungalows are inspired by the architecture of traditional
Pearling Masters’ quarters. Our air-conditioned

Humphrey Price-Jones’ work allows an intimate study
of the flora and fauna of the region. This two bedroom
suite features an antique king size bed, spacious
colonial-style sitting room, vast balcony and two
private verandahs.

Durack Suite
Holiday in style surrounded by Sir Sidney Nolan’s
original artwork. The Suite has two bedrooms,
one king and one with twin king beds, each with
an ensuite bathroom. Entertaining is a dream
with a large open-plan living area and a dining
table that seats ten.
Our premier Suite features three king bedrooms,
each with its own ensuite. There is also a generous
dining and lounge area with an adjoining balcony
featuring ocean views. The Durack Suite creates
special memories for milestone celebrations, a
holiday with friends or purely family time.
Tales of
adventure
Before Broome achieved worldwide fame for stunning
Cable Beach and its spectacular sunsets, it was one
of the world’s great pearling ports. Pearling is still an
important industry in the region, and Broome supplies
nearly seventy percent of the world’s quality pearls.
Chinatown is home to many jewellery studios and
art galleries, and visitors to the town can also tour a
working pearl farm or set sail on a restored pearl lugger.
Before there were pearlers, there were dinosaurs!
At nearby Gantheaume Point, at the southern end
of Cable Beach, fossilised dinosaur footprints are
embedded in the craggy, red rocks overlooking the
ocean. More can be found in Roebuck Bay, accessible
by hovercraft.
In fact, much of the rugged Kimberley region retains a
feel of the prehistoric. From the humbling Windjana and
Geike Gorges to the spectacular horizontal waterfall at
Talbot Bay, there’s much to see.

The Sam Male Room is a conference and meeting
facility for 10 to 200 delegates, featuring beautiful
natural light and French doors opening to a sweeping
colonial-style verandah. Temperature controlled, the
room can be divided into three separate spaces for
flexibility, and in the evening transformed to create
a unique themed dinner venue.
