Directions For Use
Turfgrass: (Recommended) For 1 pound of actual nitrogen
desired per 1,000 sq. ft., apply 3 pounds of LONG HAUL per
1,000 sq. ft. or 132 pounds per acre. For 1.5 pounds of actual
nitrogen desired per 1,000 sq. ft., apply 4.3 pounds of LONG
HAUL per 1,000 sq. ft. or 187 pounds per acre.
Preplant: Broadcast 7.5 pounds per 1,000 sq. ft. (325
pounds per acre).
Shrubs and Evergreens: Sprinkle 1/4 cup evenly around
drip line of plant and work into top 1 inch of soil.
Trees: Apply 1/2 pound per 1 inch of trunk diameter.
Distribute evenly under branches out to drip line.
Apply to dry turf or foliage and irrigate thoroughly
immediately after application. Iron and other plant nutrients
can cause staining of sidewalks. Sweep walkways prior to
irrigation. Walkways should be dry at time of application.
Keep away from pools, ponds, etc. Do not contaminate
potable water. Do not apply with a drop spreader. The
grinding action of these spreaders destroys the coating of
the polymer coated sulfur coated urea and will increase
burn potential.
