Lendlease’s Elliot Springs launches land sales Townsville 12 May, 2017: North Queensland’s newest community, Elliot Springs, will launch its first 42 lots tomorrow from 10am at Fairfield Homemakers Centre. The first two land releases priced from $137,000, will range in size from 400 square metres to more than 1,000 square metres.
