With your support, we were able to significantly expand our programs and services and grow our outreach to the entire Liberty Hospital community. This year alone, we invested $250,000 into programs that benefit the patients, employees, and community of Liberty Hospital. In this Annual Report, you’ll see highlights from key programs and ideas of what is on the horizon for 2016 and beyond. Also included are our annual Honor Roll of Donors and a special section recognizing tribute gifts. While we are encouraged by the increased impact through new programs serving patients in need of long-term solutions for affording medications and healthcare, as well as our community grant program - we know we need to strive to improve the health and wellness of even more people moving forward. The Liberty Hospital Foundation is stronger than ever due to the leadership and vision of our Board of Trustees, and our ever-expanding circle of volunteers, donors, and champions throughout the community - including you. Thank you very much for your part in the growth of our organization in 2015. We are looking forward to much more in the year to come!
