After an adrenalin filled
tour by their group leader
Laura, the entire year group
was eager to get started.
Once arriving at the
dormitories they all knew
that this is where they
would be sleeping for the
next four nights.
Crate stack was a team
challenge, where 2 members
of your team were strapped
into a harness, and the
other team members had to
build a tower of crates that
the two chosen team mates
had to climb. The aim was to
get as many crates stacked

Dear Diary, what an
enthralling day today has
been as it was our group’s
day to conquer the High
Ropes.
As we approached towards
the monstrous enemy from
a distance, we were all
preparing to attack: could it
be true...or was it just a
nightmare?
I wasn't dreaming, neither
were my fellow warriors. It
was finally our turn to
defeat the threat: after all
the bragging by the other
forces , we could finally

I bravely demolished all the

Dinosaurs
Dinosaurs lived over
245 million years ago

was the T-Rex. We
have learnt about
the Sarcasuchus and
the Argentinosaurus.
The Argentinosaurus
currently holds the

also laid eggs the
size of a rugby ball
and it would have
probably taken over
40 years to grow to
a full sized adult.
Amazonia was a
country, it would be
the ninth largest in
the world. The
Amazon Rainforest
has been described
as the “ lungs of our
planet “ because it
provides oxygen to
the Earth.
The Great Outdoors
We have learnt
about the Great
Outdoors. This
reaches out to P.E in
which we are
attempting different
dancing styles and
composing a dance to
water sounds.
In Science we learnt
about the theory of
evolution, Charles
Darwin and the lifecycles of plants. Our

theme was
Christianity, Islam
and their common
values. In Geography
we learnt about map
reading.
