NOTICE OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES
Property owners, rate payers and other interested parties in or served by or to be served by the
Electric Utility of the Town of New Carlisle are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 1343,
establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Electric Utility, was introduced
at a meeting of the Town Council held on February 14, 2017. At a meeting of the Town Council
to be held at 5:00 p.m. (New Carlisle time) on March 14, 2017 in the New Carlisle Town Hall,
124 East Michigan Street, New Carlisle, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of
rates and charges and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 1343, which provides in
part as follows:

RATE “R” DOMESTIC ELECTRIC SERVICE

The fee for temporary service shall be $150.00.

At such public hearing and prior to final adoption of said Ordinance, all interested parties
may appear and be heard. A copy of Ordinance No. 1343 may be examined at the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer.
