One liter of CORAGEN® 200 SC contains 200 grams of active
ingredient Chlorantraniliprole, it acts on insect pests by affecting
the function of muscles.
CORAGEN® 200SC is used for:
- The control of African Bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) on
cotton at the rate of 125 ml of formulated product/ha.
- The control of Tuta absoluta on tomato at the rate of 200ml of
formulated product /ha.
CORAGEN® 200 SC belongs to the anthranilic diamide class of
chemistry and is a Group 28 Insecticide based on the IRAC mode
of action classification.

MODE OF ACTION
CORAGEN® 200 SC contains chlorantraniliprole, which is a novel
anthranilic diamide insecticide with a novel mode of action.
CORAGEN® 200 SC binds to the insect ryanodine receptors,
activating the release and the depletion of the calcium stores of
smooth and striated muscle, causing impaired muscle regulation,
paralysis and ultimately insect death.
RE- ENTRY PERIOD: 4 hours.
Pre Harvest Interval (PHI): on cotton: 21 days,
on tomato: 3 days.
PRECAUTIONS
‚ Avoid contact with the product. Misuse may cause injuries to
health.
‚ Do not breath vapor or spray mist
‚ When handling the undiluted product and the spray liquid,
wear lightweight protective clothing / long-sleeved clothing
(suitable for plant protection), rigid boots (e.g. rubber boots)
and all-purpose protective gloves (plant protection).
‚ Wash gloves before taking them off. Follow manufacturer’s
instructions for personal protection equipment.
‚ Do not eat, drink or smoke when handling the product. Wash
hands and internal body parts with soap and water before
eating, drinking and smoking.
‚ Keep away from food, drink and animal feed.
DISPOSAL
Do not re-use empty containers, punch, Triple rinse (or
equivalent) and dispose of through the appropriate channels.
Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid
binder, universal binder, sawdust). Use approved industrial
vacuum cleaner for removal. Shovel into suitable container for

disposal. Dispose waste materials at suitable incineration plant.
Follow federal regulations when disposing.
STORAGE: Do not subject to temperatures below 0°C. Store in an
original container tightly closed, in a dry, cool and well ventilated
place away from food, drink, and animal feed out of the reach of
children.
SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: No specific symptoms of poisoning
known.
FIRST AID
‚ General instructions: Never give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person.
‚ Inhalation: No hazards which require special first aid
measures. Consult a physician after significant exposure.
‚ Skin contact: No hazards which require special first aid
measures. If on skin, rinse well with water. Wash contaminated
clothing before re-use.
‚ Eye contact: No hazards which require special first aid
measures. Rinse with plenty of water. Keep eye wide open
while rinsing. Consult a physician if necessary.

DIRECTION FOR USE
CORAGEN® 200 SC insecticide should be used only in
accordance with recommendations on this label.
Apply at the recommended rates when insect populations reach
locally determined economic thresholds. Use sufficient water to
obtain thorough, uniform coverage.

Use 125 ml/ha of the product for the control of African Bollworm
(Helicoverpa armigera) on cotton and 200 ml/ha of the product
for the control of Tuta absoluta on tomato.
Apply a maximum of two applications per season at 7 to 14 days
interval. Do not use on plants grown for transplanting and on
ornamentals.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to application, start with clean, well-maintained application
equipment. CORAGEN® 200 SC mixes easily with water and
should be added directly to the spray tank during filling. Fill spray
tank 1/4 to 1/2 full of water. Add CORAGEN® 200 SC directly to
spray tank. Mix thoroughly too fully disperse the insecticide, once
dispersed continued agitation is required.
TANK MIXING SEQUENCE
Add different formulation types in the sequence indicated below.
Allow time for complete mixing and dispersion after addition of
each product.
1. Water soluble bag.
2. Water dispersible granules.
3. Wettable powders.
4. CORAGEN™ and other water based suspension concentrates
5. Water-soluble concentrates.
6. Oil based suspension concentrates.
7. Emulsifiable concentrates.
8. Adjuvants, surfactants, oils.
9. Soluble fertilizers.
10. Drift retardants.
APPLICATION EQUIPMENTS: Product can be applied by below
types of application equipments: Tractor-mounted broadcast,
tractor-mounted airblast, backpack sprayer
RESISTANCE STATEMENT
CORAGEN® 200SC belongs to the anthranilic diamide class of
chemistry and is a Group 28 Insecticide based on the IRAC mode

of action classification. Repeated and exclusive use of
CORAGEN® 200SC or other Group 28 Insecticides may lead to the
build-up of resistant strains of insects in some crops.
The number of applications of CORAGEN® 200SC is limited to 2
per season to minimize the risk of resistance.
Because the development of resistance cannot be predicted, this
product should be used as part of a resistant management
strategy established for the use area. These strategies may
include:
• incorporation of cultural and biological control practices,
• targeting the most susceptible life stage.
• applying CORAGEN® 200SC or other Group 28 insecticides using
a “window” approach to avoid exposure of consecutive insect
pest generations to the same mode of action.
• applying multiple successive applications of CORAGEN® 200SC
only if they are used to treat a single insect generation.
• following a “window” of applications of CORAGEN® 200SC or
other Group 28 insecticide, rotate to a “window” of applications
of effective insecticides with a different mode of action.
• the total exposure period of all “Group 28-active windows”
applied throughout the crop cycle (from seedling to harvest)
should not exceed 50% of the crop cycle.
• incorporating IPM techniques into the overall pest management
program.
• monitoring insect populations for loss of field efficacy.
INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT
DuPont supports the use of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
programs to control pests. This product may be used as part of an
IPM program, which can include biological, cultural, and genetic
practices, aimed at preventing economic pest damage.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD
Toxic to aquatic invertebrates, do not apply directly to water. Drift

and run off may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water
adjacent to use sites. Do not contaminate water bodies such as
ponds, streams, springs and ground water.
CROP TOLERANCE
CORAGEN® 200 SC is not phytotoxic to plants when used as per
the recommendations.
COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with most commonly used pesticides. However, run
compatibility test before mixing. Do not exceed label dosage
when mixing.
FOLLOWING CROPS
All rotational crops may be planted immediately following last
application.
BENEFICIAL ARTHROPODS
CORAGEN 200SC helps conserve a large number of beneficial
arthropods (parasitoids and predators). While these beneficial
arthropods cannot be relied on to control pests, they are of
potential value and can be monitored along with pests in pest
management programs on these crops.
According to the standards of Good Agricultural Practices,
CORAGEN™ should not be applied when honeybees are actively
foraging.
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
Strictly follow the recommended procedures and rate given
above on its use. The Company would not be responsible for any
damage (incident and consequential) that occurs due to misuse
and mishandling of this product.
