report you to the authorities.
Making or sending overtly sexual material is illegal.
The Federal Government has introduced criminal offences for using phone services
to procure or groom children under 16 for sex.
If you know of any behaviour that is illegal, report it, there is no place for this
activity.
Not unlike other broadcast media, content directed through telecommunication
devices may raise a legal liability claim under applicable state or commonwealth
laws.
Content that may be classified "RC" or "X" such as;
• Child pornography
• Instructions in Crime, violence or drug use
• Actual sex
• Excessive violence
is prohibited, and classified as illegal content.
