1. Saving your digital badge
To save your digital badge for future use, right click on the image in your email and select “Save
Image”. Select a location to save your image on your computer where you will be able to access in
the future. TIP: Don’t forget where you save your badge! On the off chance you do forget, you can
go back into your email, and save the image once again.
Saving on a mobile device:
In your mail app, touch and hold on the image, and select save image.
2. Linking your digital badge to your personalized webpage
To ensure your digital badge links to your personalized webpage, which is validation that you’ve
earned the badge, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have put your digital badge either in a word document, on your resume
or in your email.
2. Highlight the personalized weblink (URL) that was provided in your digital badge email
and click COPY.

3. Right click on your digital badge that you have placed in your document/resume/email
and select HYPERLINK.
4. Then PASTE the URL you have copied into the empty field as shown below
5. Afterwards, CTRL + Click on the image to check if you have successfully linked your
image to your personalized webpage.
3. Adding your digital badge to your email signature
In Microsoft Outlook:
1. Open up a new email.  Select Signature

2. You can either edit your current signature, or create a new signature from here.
3. Once you’ve chosen either a new signature or your current signature, you can add
pictures by selecting the image button. Upload your digital badge through the image
button, seen below.
4. Next, link your image to a webpage by clicking on the image, and selecting the world
link icon beside the image icon like below

5. Select OK, and you’re done!
4. Adding your digital badge to your resume
Open up your resume in Microsoft Word, or a word processing application. At the top of Word,
select INSERT, then PICTURE. Select your digital badge, and then place it where you would like on
your Resume or document.
5. How to share your digital badge on Facebook
1. Go to www.facebook.com and Log in to your account.
2. At the top of your Facebook feed, there is a box that says “What’s on your mind”
3. Select ADD PHOTOS/VIDEO and select your digital badge from its saved location
on your computer

4. Write a statement to accompany your badge – something like:
5. Hit post, and share with your network!
When someone clicks on your link, it will lead to a personalized webpage that
validates you have earned your digital badge!
6. How to share your digital badge on Twitter
1. Go to www.twitter.com and Log in to your account.
2. At the top of your Twitter feed, there is a box that says “What’s happening”
3. Select the CAMERA icon and upload your digital badge from its saved location on
your computer
4. Write a statement to accompany your badge. Something like:

5. Hit Tweet, and share your news with your network! *Remember, with Twitter, you
only get 140 characters to post your message*
When someone clicks on your link, it will lead to a personalized webpage that validates
you have earned your digital!
7. How to share your digital badge on LinkedIn
1. Go to www.Linkedin.com and Log in to your account.
2. At the top of your LinkedIn feed, there is a box that says “Share an Update”
3. Select the Upload a photo option and upload your digital badge from its saved
location on your computer

4. Write a statement to accompany your badge – something like the message above.
5. Hit SHARE, and share your news with your network!

earned your digital badge!
