Municipalities/Counties. Municipalities can join by adding board seats for new municipalities. MO: Statewide statute => Clean Energy Development Board 3rd party administrator (EEF) contracted by board. "Open" funding model - funding sources vetted, project origination. Arkansas: Two smaller projects funded in Fayetteville, developing pipelin. Pending launch in Pulaski County and North Little Rock. St. Louis:Total funded: $4,200,872 (14 projects) Approx. $4.5 million approved projects - large pipeline of projects. Lessons learned: barriers • Educate and empower local contractors to market the program. Getting to CFO level is critical. • Project originators have started developing C-PACE projects. • Tie in community’s broader sustainability goals with program metrics to emphasize the triple-bottom line characteristics of PACE. Historic districts and urban revitalization efforts. Market awareness is inceasing as is the quality of capital. Residential PACE will help this. Establish warehouse fund for smalle projects (<$300,000).
