1.
Reference: Australian Defence Cooperation Program for TY 2010­
2011.
2. Above reference pertains to Australia's offer to the AFP for one (1) slot
for the Combined Defence Intelligence Research & Analysis Course
· (CDIRAC) to be conducted at the Defence Intelligence Wing, Defence Intelligence
Centre (DlntC), Canungra or Sea World, Gold Coast, Queensland - Brisbane,
Australia from 30 April to 20 May 2011. The rank requirement for the course is 03
to 05 (CPT to LTC).
3.
The course provides an understanding of various intelligence
research and analytical techniques.
4.
Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
a.
Must have graduated within the top 25% of the class in the
requisite career course or with no grades lower than 85% in any Area/Module of
Instruction;
b.
Must have at least five (5) years active military service
remaining reckoned from the date of seminar completion to the date of compulsory
retirement;
c.
Must have no foreign schooling for the last three (3) years and
must have completed the prescribed time interval between foreign schooling;
d.
Must have an average rating of at least three (3) in the·
periodic or special Officer Appraisal Reports (OAR) for the last three (3) years;

Must have passed the current Physical Fitness Test and.
Annual Physical Examination with an overall rating of "fit for general military I
service"
.
f.
Must be cleared of all property and monetary accountabilities;
g.
Must have no pending case before any military/civil courts or
any investigative boards/bodies/agencies;
h.
Must have passed the Australian Defence Force English
Language Profiling System (ADFELPS) test with a minimum profile of S-6*,
L-7, R-7 and W5; conducted every Tuesday at 0800H at the AFPCGSC
Speech Laboratory; and
i.
Must have a valid passport during the conduct of the course.
In this connection, submit to this Headquarters (Attn: J8) NLT 29
November 2010 the names of your nominees with the following documents:
a.

Updated and signed 501 (six copies);
OAR for the last three (3) years;
Latest PFT result;
Xerox copy of his/her passport; and
Certification of non-pending case.
6.
Non-compliance of the above requirements/deadline shall be a
ground for non-inclusion in the pool of candidates for deliberation.
