Birthday coordinators will provide:

- Set-up and take-down of equipment and
decorations

- Facilitate games
Craft Options
Birthday Hats or Craft Variety table
Decorations (banner, streamers &
balloons), tablecloths, cups, plates,
napkins, and utensils (for children only).
Providing two birthday hosts who will set
up and take down tables and chairs,
room decoration, face painting, craft,
and supervision of play gym and sports
equipment. The birthday hosts will also
assist with age relevant birthday party
games and activities.
After the party, the birthday hosts will
be responsible for tidying the room,
wiping off tables/chairs, and taking
down tables/chairs and decorations.

Plates, cups, napkins and utensils for the
adults at the party.
Supplying the birthday cake, all food
and drinks.
Taking away any dishes and food
brought to the party.
Confirm # of children with Coordinator
minimum one week in advance.
30 minutes of clean up time - $50 extra
will be charged for every 15 minutes (or
portion there of) exceeding the allotted
30 minutes.
