SCSA and GSE are community based volunteer organizations incorporated in the State of Ohio as non-profit organizations.
Your son/daughter is required to play in 1/2 (50%) of all games in Dribblers, Trappers, Shooters, Passers, Flyers, Wings and
Strikers and 1/4 (25%) of all games in Kickers, and Minors. All games in which an overage child competes are subject to
protest and forfeit. We/I, the parent/guardian of the participant registered today, discharge, hold harmless and/or otherwise
indemnify Southeast Cincinnati Soccer Association and Girls Southeast Cincinnati Soccer Association, its members,
coaches, directors, officers, agents, sponsors, associated personnel, including those parties who own and/or maintain the
fields and facilities utilized by SCSA/GSE, from any kind of any claim whatsoever on behalf of the players as a result of the
player's participation in the program. The participant is physically capable of competing in the sport of Soccer
