POLICIES:
A. CONTRACT: This contract must be signed by your organization’s outing coordinator and be
returned to Poquoy Brook with a nonrefundable $500.00 deposit for a Tee Time Outing or a $1,000.00 deposit for a
Shotgun Outing, within 10 days of receipt of this contract.
B. YOUR GUARANTEE TO US: The outing agrees to pay for the contracted number of players. The final count of
players is due ten (10) days in advance of the scheduled outing date. Full Shotgun Outings must have and pay for 110
players. Back 9 Shotgun Outings must have and pay for a minimum of 60 players and may not have more than 88
players.
C. DRESS CODE: Poquoy Brook Golf Club requires all participants to wear appropriate golf attire. Collared shirts are
mandatory. Golf shoes must have Soft Spikes.
D. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Rescheduling will be permitted only if Poquoy Brook management officially closes the
course. Management reserves the right to withhold cart usage depending on course conditions.
E. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES / FOOD CONCESSIONS: Our liquor license limits the use of alcohol to the confines of
our building. FURTHER, IT IS A VIOLATION TO BRING ALCOHOL PURCHASED ELSEWHERE ONTO OUR
PROPERTY. We will strictly enforce these regulations and ask your cooperation. Additionally, Poquoy Brook retains
all concession rights for food, beverages, and equipment.
F. DONATED FOOD OR BEVERAGES: Because of State law and liability issues, the club does not allow serving
donated food or beverages. Food and beverage companies desirous of participating can donate items for gifts, prizes
and raffles, or make monetary contributions directly to the sponsoring organization
G. MEALS: The final number of meals must be guaranteed 10 days before scheduled event. All meals will be served rain
or shine.
H. LIABILITY:
1. Poquoy Brook Golf Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Damage to the premises
will be charged accordingly.
2. Poquoy Brook Golf Club cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought onto the
premises.
3. No more than 18 holes of golf is allowed to be played by each participant.
4. The person in charge of the company undersigned, is responsible for all damages that occur on the above date
(s) to carts rented to above group. By signing this contract for golf cart rentals, the undersigned agrees to:
a. assume all risks attendant with the operation and use thereof, including responsibility for any and all
damage caused to said cart due to negligent use of operation of the same.
b. release and solve Poquoy Brook Golf Club from any liability from injury to his person, or
property damage resulting from said operation.
c. indemnify Poquoy Brook Golf Club against any liability to any other
d. not allow children under 18 years of age to operate said cart.
e. Not to drive golf carts outside the golf course property or in restricted areas of the same
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: The NONREFUNDABLE deposit as stated in Section A is due ten (10) days from receipt of this
contract. Final count of participating players and / or guests is due ten (10) days before the scheduled outing date. Deposit will be
applied to final bill. The balance of your payment for golf and food must be received the day of your outing.
I have read the Poquoy Brook Golf Club Outing and Policies and agree to the conditions and terms therein.

returned to Poquoy Brook with a nonrefundable $250.00 deposit for the secured Tee Times ASAP.
B. YOUR GUARANTEE TO US: The group agrees to pay for greens fees for the contracted number of players. The
coordinator agrees to call Poquoy Brook 24 hours in advance to confirm the number of players.
C. DRESS CODE: Poquoy Brook Golf Club requires all participants to wear appropriate golf attire. Collared shirts are
mandatory. Golf shoes must have Soft Spikes.

a. Assume all risks attendant with the operation and use thereof, including responsibility for any and
all damaged caused to said cart due to negligent use of operation of the same.

damage resulting from said operation.
c. Indemnify Poquoy Brook Golf Club against liability to any other.

The NONREFUNDABLE deposit as stated in Section A is due with the receipt of this contract. Final count of participating players
is due 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date. Deposit will be applied to final bill.
The balance of your payment for golf must be paid the day of the event.
