APC’s™ Commitment to Exhibitors
APC™ recognizes the importance of getting attendees to visit the Exhibit Areas at the annual conference.
We are instituting some measures to encourage this. We will be highlighting the exhibit areas throughout
conference publications before and during the conference. At the main events of the conference, we will
make announcements on the importance of visiting the vendors. Again this year we have scheduled
beverage breaks to take place in the exhibit hall on Friday and Saturday. APC™ will hold the Welcome
Reception on Thursday evening in the exhibit hall. Also, we will continue to do daily drawings. This year, we
will be giving all attendees a card in their registration bag that will need to be stamped by all vendors in order
to be eligible for the drawings. We have increased the prizes to encourage more entries which will in turn
encourage visits to all vendors. APC™ will hold special drawings on Friday afternoon. We hope that all of
these opportunities will encourage increased attendance to your tables.
