Friends and neighbors come weekly to see,
taste and purchase the bounty grown by local
farmers and crafted by local artisans. Together,
we have created a year-round marketplace for
farmers to sell directly to customers, enabling
them to grow and prosper. When local farms
thrive, our surrounding fields and pastures
remain open, green and productive.
As we enter our seventh outdoor season more
than half a million customers have come
to Schenectady on Sundays, invigorating
downtown and creating a buzz of excitement
for local businesses.
Schenectady Greenmarket is a 501(c)3
nonprofit run by a board of volunteers that are
committed to our community.
