THE HOUSE
Situated in the centre of Mykonos Town, Villa Anticlea is one of the island’s most beautiful houses. It was built around 1850 and became the residence of the former mayor of
Mykonos, Michalis Kampanis and is built in the traditional Mykonian style with thick rock
support walls along with high wooden beam ceilings.
The Villa has been fully renovated in all areas in 2014, fitted with new sound proof double
glazing windows locking out all the town noise. Some furniture and appliances of the
original house have been refurbished and placed in the villa.
Villa Anticlea spreads in two levels:
On the Lower Level (160 m2) it features a spacious living room with dining area, a kitchen
fully equipped with modern appliances, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with
shower, a bedroom with twin beds, a large bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and a separate bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads to the Upper Level (44 m2) which houses a very spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The Outdoor Area features: on the Lower Level an amazing terrace (43 m2) ideal for
outdoor dining and relaxing with built-in sofa and wooden dining table along with a
large sun bed. The view is breathtaking stretching across the Aegean and Mykonos town
all the way into the colorful sunsets. On the upper Level there is also a private terrace
(104 m2) offering breathtaking view!
