*Botanica reserves the right to copy any entries for the purpose of promoting the Gardens without any
additional compensation to the photographer.
*I agree to abide by the rules, terms and conditions set forth in this Call for Entry. Should the
photograph that I am submitting for this competition be selected for display, I understand that I will be
responsible for framing my photo for exhibition and I will not be able to reclaim possession of said
photograph until such time that the Portrait of Botanica exhibit has concluded. Further, by signing
below, I certify that my work is an original photograph and was taken at Botanica.
*I understand that precautions are taken to protect the entries, but do not hold Botanica accountable for
any loss, damage incurred before, during or after the exhibit or during mailing and delivery.
