sale
Preparing to sell uniform items for all grade levels:
1. Clothes must be in very good condition (no rips, stains, broken zippers, etc.). We will not sell white
shirts, socks, or accessories such as hair bows. We will sell all other items including jumpers, skirts,
sweaters, fleece, as well as blue and khaki skirts, shorts, and pants. Unsuitable clothing will be
donated locally and not returned to the family.
2. Wash the garments and tag the clothing with gender and size of garment and your name. Tag must
be securely fastened (no straight pins, please!); un-tagged clothes will be sold for the school.
Clothing Label Instructions are on the other side of this flyer.
3. The school uniform guidelines will be available for you to consult on the day of the sale.
4. If you prefer to donate your uniform items, please write ”Bear Creek” on the tag in the Name blank
and proceeds will go to the school. Please do not donate any white items.
Drop Off Used Uniform Items
Monday, June 13 and Tuesday, June 14
Redmond Campus
Drop off your tagged uniform items in the front
hall near the Redmond Campus main office.
Please put all items in closed grocery bags
labeled with your name. Clothing will not be
accepted on the day of the sale.
Volunteers Shop Before Sale Starts
Volunteers are needed August 4 at 10:30 a.m.
to help set up the sale and throughout the day
to help with sales and cleanup.
Earnings
There are now two options for the money your
family earns. Elect to deposit your earnings into
your lunch account or request a check be sent
to you.
Pricing
$5 (shorts, some pants), $10 (pants/slacks, capris, solid
colored skorts, sweatshirts), $15 (sweaters, cardigans,
vests, fleece), $20 (all plaid: jumpers, skorts, skirts)
Unsold Clothing
Any unsold clothing must be picked up before 6
p.m. on Thursday, August 4. You may start
collecting your unsold items at 5 p.m., as the sale
starts to wind down. Clothing left after 6 p.m. on
August 4 will be donated to the school or to charity.
