What is bullying?
Why do we have a policy?
To help every child and adult
feels safe and confident
To show the person who
bullies you the consequences
of their behaviour
To show children that they
should be kind to each other
So that all the adults know
what to do and every child
knows what to do first and
the order of what has to
happen after


Bullying is when a person is hurting
you with words or hurting you on
your body. It takes place several
times on purpose by the same person
or group of people.



Cyber bullying – by phone,
computer, games console or
tablet
Racism – because of the colour
of their skin, their culture or
their country
Domestic Violence – where an
adult uses power over another

What will happen next?
A letter will go home to the parents of the person who bullied you with
the consequences of their behaviour
 A letter will go home to your parents so that they know it has been
dealt with
 You will be safe and happy

