Presidents’ Day Washington’s Birthday Day is a federal holiday celebrated on the 3rd Monday in February. But it is also widely known as Presidents Day. Some states have designated this day as a holiday to celebrate Washington, Washington and Lincoln, or Washington and Thomas Jefferson. For example, it is celebrated as Presidents' Day in Hawaii, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, and Washington. It is called President's Day in Alaska, Idaho, Maryland, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming. On the other hand, it is celebrated as Washington's Birthday in Illinois and Massachusetts and as George Washington Day in Virginia. So when were some of our Presidents’ actual birthdays?
