The modulator has a separate control interface and can be configured and operated via a web browser with a standard PC. The implemented SNMP agent allows the integration in a network management (NMS). An automatic redundancy switching is implemented. In case of a channel failure the EPM 3xx can automatically switch over to a redundant channel already configured.
