Three members of the Board of Directors will be elected at this year’s meeting.
Other than the nominations by Nominating Committee, nominations can be only made by petition. The petition
requires at least 500 signatures of Keesler Federal Credit Union Primary Members. Petition package may be picked
up at the International Headquarters, 2602 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-4 PM – please
see the Pass Road Receptionist for assistance. The completed petition must be returned to the International Headquarters for filing with Secretary of the Credit Union at least 40 days prior to the annual meeting date.
