Dear Children,
Summer Vacation is a welcome break...... Break from fixed schedule, rules and
regulations. Summer Vacation is all about fun, frolic, getting up late in the morning,
playing for longer hours with friends, going for picnics, exploring new places and
watching your favourite shows on television.
But there is a lot more that you can do to make your vacation more interesting and
meaningful, along with doing all your heart desires. We have planned some interesting
activities for you. So get ready to enjoy your summer vacation!
General Instructions:





Do the homework neatly.
Try to do the homework yourself, take help from your parents wherever required.
Use your imaginations and enhance your creative skills.
Practice English and Hindi handwriting twice a week in your rough notebook.
Always speak in English with your family members and friends.

Shape Around us
Everything that nature has given us has a shape. Animals also are
the composition of different shapes. For example – an Elephant is
more of a circle, triangle, rectangle and cylindrical.
Create one character of the story with different shapes using small boxes, tetra packs,
curd cups, bottom of water bottles etc.

Create a ‘Table Mat’ on A/3 Size Sheet and write tables of 2,3,4,5,10 with a beautiful
border, decorate and laminate it. After the assessment it will be returned back for your study
