1. Put water on to boil and weigh out
15g of coffee.
2. Grind coffee to a table salt texture.
3. Rinse filter and add ground coffee to
press.
4. Start timer, add 50g of water, and
allow to bloom for 30 seconds.
5. Add 215g more of water.
6. When timer hits 1:30, plunge directly
into your cup, and enjoy.
