Items discussed:
Finances have not changed. We have at least $73,000 in our treasury + an additional $7500 due from
the state when the pump is purchased.
Web Pages: Anne has been on the web pages making changes. She has added the Newsletters on the
News page. One can access the Summer Solstice web page by hitting the “more information” on left
side under News.
Pump update John McCarthy says that the engineers from Graef are working on the pump and statistics
for our site; once they finish, a rep from Torrent will come to assess the site and installation needs and
expenses.
Birch Scroll ad: Rick has two ideas for the ad and shared with us. We spent some time “tweaking the
wording” When Kris gets her computer returned, she will add the logo and play with fonts for
submission. So far…. If we need to, we will order a “double ad” to increase exposure and make sure
our message is clear and complete.
