Chocolate Extravaganza Christmas Deal
Christmas Deal tickets for the Chocolate Extravaganza are
available for purchase or to sell for just $10/ticket! There are
only 50 tickets available at the Christmas Deal price! The
Chocolate Extravaganza will be on Saturday, February 9. The
evening will feature comedian Brad Stine and lots of
chocolate!
Elementary Character Dress-up Day
The library is hosting a character costume
dress-up day on Thursday, December 20.
Elementary students may dress as Bible
or storybook characters. More details will
be sent home or you may speak with Mrs.
Jenner.
Tickets may be picked up in the office and are on a first-come,
first served basis; Skeels families may sell these tickets to go
toward their required number of tickets to sell for this event. All
money for the Christmas Deal tickets will be due in the office on
Monday, January 7, or regular ticket price will be applied to your
family's account if you have taken tickets.
Chocolate Extravaganza Christmas Deal tickets would make a
great stocking stuffer or gift for that hard-to-buy-for-person!
Adopt-a-Family for Christmas
All gift items, food and paper products are due this Friday for our Adopt-a-Family!
Please remember to bring your items in and please remember to pray for this family!
Chocolate Extravaganza Coordinator's Needed!
The Chocolate Extravaganza is coming up on Saturday, February 9. We need involvement from each
Skeels family to help make this evening a success! At this time, various coordinator's are needed:
* Event Food Coordinator:
- responsibilities include selecting food for event and determining amount needed
oversee team of volunteers for food prep, set-up and monitoring throughout the evening,
work with decorating coordinator on presentable food layout.
* Event Decorating Coordinator:
- responsibilities include decorations for the event, oversee volunteer decorating team,
work with food coordinator on presentable food layout
* Event Set-up Coordinator:
- responsibilities include working with decorating and food coordinators to determine their
set-up needs, oversee volunteer set-up team, set-up stage area, work with sound tech setup needs.
* Event Clean-up Coordinator:
- responsibilities include overseeing volunteer clean-up team after event
If you would be interested in any of these positions, please leave your name and phone number in the
office.

Need Recess Parents – various times

Need volunteers to clean the gym and locker rooms before home basketball games
