Messages from the Art Department IMPORTANT The FINAL deadline for all GCSE and A level Art and Photography students’ coursework is Friday 3rd February at 3pm. This is the coursework aspect of the course which is worth 60% of their final grade. The students’ work will be taken in during their lesson. To help support students we would like to remind them of the necessity to attend the catch up sessions after school every Tuesday from 3 – 5 pm. Thank you, Mrs Bennett, Head of Art Wycombe Homeless Connection are celebrating their charity’s 10 year anniversary. They are planning ten special occasions to mark a decade of fighting homelessness. One of these events is an Art Competition and we will be entering art work from Sir Willliam Ramsay School students. The winner of each age category (11-14 & 15-18) will win a Samsung Galaxy Tablet E9.6 and have their entry featured in Wycombe Homeless Connection's 10th Anniversary booklet. Brief: Create an A5 – A2 piece of art on the theme of ‘Journeys’.
