Thank you so much for considering Rudy's Smokehouse to cater your special event. Our
goal is to go above and beyond your needs! Our meats are seasoned with our own special
blend of spices that are hand rubbed on to every piece to ensure tenderness and flavor.
Then they are smoked low and slow in our Old Hickory Pit Smokers to bring out all of
the robust flavors and juicy tenderness. All of our sides are made right here in our home
to ensure a zesty fresh accompaniment to your meal.
We offer anything you may need for your Wedding...from rehearsal dinner, to the
reception, we even do farewell breakfasts! Just let us know what you are looking for!
Below are the Catering Policies for Rudy's Smokehouse 2014
1. Catering Requests: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
2. Final Number of Guests: Due no later than one week prior to event.
3. Utensils: China and silverware are available for an additional $2.00 per
person.
4. Linens: Starting at an additional $4.00 each. Many options available
5. Payment: 20% Deposit required to reserve your date. Final payment
due one week before the event unless other payment plans have been
arranged.
6. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days from the event
will receive 70% of the deposit back, Cancellations made more than 30
days from the event will receive 80% of the deposit back.
7. Bar Service: Bartenders are available for $18.00/hour. Bar services will
be outlined in the contract. Alcohol charges are based on state prices.

require a 24 hour notice, we do encourage you to book as far in advance as you can, especially
for large events. That way, we can ensure your date is available.

SERVICE OPTIONS
We offer a many types of catering service to best fit the needs of your event. Call us at 937-605-2402 to
discuss pricing for the service options listed below. Often, we book up quickly. While in most cases we
are able to act on a momemt's notice, we recommend at least 48 hours notice for delivery orders and
one week notice for full service caterings, to guarantee your menu choices are available.
Pick up
Tell us when you want your order ready, and we will have it hot and waiting for you!
Delivery
We’ll deliver everything and set-up it up in high-quality aluminum pans, with lids for easy leftover
storage! Our chafing dishes are not available for delivery service.
Delivery fee applies. Minimum order of $10.00.
Partial Set Up
Similar to a delivery, but set up in chrome chafers rather and aluminum pans. We will come back after
the event and pick it up, or you can drop it off to us. Service fee applies.
Partial Service
We’ll set up the buffet in our beautiful chaffers, restock food from our hot boxes, and clean up after the
event. One member of our staff will be there to help with the food, while your guests serve themselves.

Full Service Buffet
Rudy's full service buffet is guaranteed not to run out of food. So you can just sit back, relax, and let us
take all your worries away! We will serve your guests buffet style, setup, clean up, and even box up any
leftovers for you! Service fee applies.
Full Service & Grill On Site
Full Service plus a grill chef who’ll prepare the BBQ meats on our large charcoal grill.

Whole Hog Roasts
If you are looking for a show stopping event, why not have a whole hog, cut and pulled on site? Includes delivery of the hog, cutting on site, buns, sauces, and chafing dishes to keep the pork warm.
