• In Madrid, the operation includes the Coslada logistics centre, covering 62,000 m2 of buildings,
and development land in San Fernando de Henares and Camarma de Esteruelas, making an

• Meanwhile, the Penedès logistics centre is owned by CPL, a joint project between Saba (80%)
and the Port of Barcelona (20%). It has a built-up logistics area covering 89,000 m2, located in
the town of Subirats (Barcelona).
• Saba maintains its presence in the logistics parks business, managing an overall surface area of
620 hectares and a network of 7 centres in Barcelona, Seville, Alava, Toulouse and Lisbon.
Barcelona, 27th August 2014
Saba, through its logistics subsidiary Saba Parques Logísticos, and CPL, a joint project participated by
Saba (80%) and Port of Barcelona (20%), have reached an agreement with Prologis, owner, operator
and developer of distribution facilities, for the sale of its logistics parks in Madrid —the Coslada
logistics centre and development land in San Fernando de Henares and Camarma de Esteruelas— and
the Penedès logistics centre. This operation is part of Saba’s strategic plan aimed at reordering its
assets portfolio and at the same time growth, with the imminent closure of the car parks operation in
Barcelona (Bamsa).
The Coslada logistics centre, infrastructure owned 100% by Saba, lies on the Henares corridor and
counts with 62,000 m2 of warehouses and offices. The development land in San Fernando de Henares
and Camarma de Esteruelas —also located on the Henares corridor— has an overall surface area of
14.7 hectares. The Penedès logistics centre is owned by CPL. This asset is located in the town of
Subirats, with a total built-up area of 89,000 m2.
After signing this agreement, Saba will continue working in the logistics parks business with an overall
surface area of 620 hectares, managing 7 centres in Spain, France and Portugal. In Barcelona, Saba
participates in managing the Parc Logístic de la Zona Franca, an infrastructure with 130.000 m2 of the
latest generation logistics warehouses divided up into 9 buildings and 35,000 m2 of offices. It
occupies a total surface area of 41 hectares in the Zona Franca of Barcelona and boasts a strategic
location benefitting customers such as Privalia and Correos.

In this same area, the company is also participating in managing the ZAL Barcelona (Logistics Business
Area). Considered the best logistics centre in the South of Europe, this international hub with
excellent inter-modal connections, offers its customers a broad, flexible range of buildings, with a
total of 212 hectares of surface area and more than 335,000 m2 of built area. Saba's offer in Catalonia
is complemented by CIM Vallès where it manages the equipment zone for this logistics centre,
specifically designed to satisfy the logistic needs for Barcelona's urban transport system. It counts
with 44 hectares and 209, 000 m2 of warehouses.
In Seville, through Sevisur, Saba manages the top logistics centre in the South of Spain: ZAL Sevilla.
This multimodal logistics centre, with road, rail and river access, can combine local, regional, national
and international distribution. It has 54 hectares of gross surface area and almost 110,000 m2 built
area. Customers include companies such as Decathlon or Airbus, in addition to major logistics
operators. Located in Alava, alongside Miranda de Ebro, Saba participates in management of Arasur,
a strategic site in the heart of one of the Iberian Peninsula's main industrial areas.
In the South of France, specifically in the Midi-Pyrénées region, Saba provides its customer network
with the ZAL Toulouse, one of the company's widest-reaching projects in the logistics centre area.
After expanding its facilities by 10,000 m2 in 2014, ZAL Toulouse has 30,000 m2 of logistics
warehouses earning the top quality standard and boasting almost 100% occupation.
Saba also has a logistics centre in Portugal, the North Lisbon Logistics Platform, with an overall
surface area of 100 hectares. Located in Vila Franca de Xira, with an outstanding strategic location, as
it is only 30 km North of Lisbon and close to the main road and rail nodes in the country.
