Medina Middle Telephone System Bid
Gibson County Special School System is currently seeking bids on a new phone system for
Medina Middle School. The system will be a NEC SV9100. The system will be tied into our voice
mail solution and PRI at the Central Office and all other schools via WAN connection for VoIp
communications. All trunks will be accessed through the network. All phones will use the
existing cabling in the rooms.

Two (2) NEC DTZ-32D black (32) button digital speakerphones with display.
Two (2) NEC DCL-60 black (60) button attendant consoles.
Five (5) NEC DTZ-12D black (12) button digital speakerphones with display.
Seventy (70) DTZ-6DE black (6) button digital speakerphones with display.
Eight (8) IPCCIS trunks.
Surge suppression.
3 year software assurance.
5 year factory warranty on telephone equipment.
Normal emergency response time of (1) hour or less.
Installation of system and phones.
