1. Roll: roll all 5 dice together.
2. Mix: start with a 3:1 ratio of oil/base to acid. Add a dollop of emulsifier, then the extra to taste.
Whisk together and add salt and pepper to taste. Add optional sweetener to balance the flavor of
the dressing if desired.
3. Dress: pour over salad, toss, and serve.
