ENERGY STAR® certified clothes washers purchased between October 1, 2012 -
ENERGY STAR® certified clothes washers use
37% less energy than conventional models and
qualify for a $50 rebate.
ENERGY STAR certified clothes washers with a
Modified Energy Factor (MEF) > 2.2 use 43%
less energy than conventional models and
qualify for a $100 rebate.
June 30, 2013 will receive a $50 rebate. ENERGY STAR certified clothes washers
purchased between January 25, 2013 - June 30, 2013 with a modified energy factor
> 2.2 will receive an additional $50 ($100 total). Rebates are valid while funds are
available. All rebate requests must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2013. Limit:
One clothes washer rebate per residence per calendar year. Rebates are subject
to change without notice. Unit must be installed within the state of Maine. Efficiency
Maine reserves the right to conduct field inspections to verify installations. Limitation
of liability: Efficiency Maine does not warrant the performance of installed equipment
expressly or implicitly. Allow 6 weeks for rebate processing. Incomplete information
