HO TRAM STRIP APPOINTS NEW EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
25 year hospitality and gaming veteran takes the helm at Asia’s only seaside integrated resort

Limited (ACDL) today announced the appointment of Michael Kelly to
the role of Executive Chairman of the company.
In this newly created position Mr. Kelly assumes responsibility for all
aspects of ACDL and Ho Tram Project Company Ltd. The Ho Tram Strip
development includes the operation of the existing integrated resort
(The Grand) and golf course (The Bluffs) as well as future developments
at the 2.2 kilometer beachfront site that will ultimately include a second
integrated resort, three additional five star resorts, an extensive
residential offering and further entertainment activities.
The new role is effective immediately.
“I am very excited to be taking over the leadership of the Ho Tram
Strip. We have a tremendous property with the only beachfront
integrated resort in Asia at The Grand - Ho Tram Strip. Together with
The Bluffs, our Championship golf course, we have been steadily
gathering international accolades. The Bluffs will host some of the biggest names in world golf on
Asia's Grandest Stage at the US$1.5 million Ho Tram Open in early December,” said Mr. Kelly.
“I am honored to be entrusted with improving further upon the foundation that has been put in place
since the Ho Tram Strip opened in 2013. I am focused on harnessing my decades of experience to
unleash the enormous potential of the Ho Tram Strip and make it the number one resort and casino not
only in Vietnam but also in Southeast Asia.”
Mr. Kelly has over 25 years of senior management experience in the casino industry including CEO
and President of Legends Gaming, Chief Operating Office of Majestic Star and its affiliates, as well as
senior leadership positions of several gaming companies in North America. His most recent posting
was as General Manager at the newly constructed $700 million Golden Nugget Resort Casino in
Louisiana.
Mr. Kelly relocated to Vietnam from Las Vegas in mid-September to personally oversee the
development of the Ho Tram Strip. He has immediately instigated a number of exciting new
developments around the resort including new retail initiatives, bars, various entertainment facilities
and restaurant concepts.

In Mr. Kelly’s new consolidated role, he succeeds both Mr. Steven Shoemaker as Chief Executive
Officer of ACDL and Mr. Shaun McCamley as President of The Grand.
