RULES GOVERNING SALE
By entering animals for auction sale and by appearing
and bidding on said animals, buyers and sellers subject
themselves to the rules and conditions listed in this catalog, and they accept and agree to be governed by them.
ALL HORSES CATALOGED OR CONSIGNED
MUST GO THROUGH THE SALE RING
Once the Buyer has given the ROLLA HORSE
AUCTION his name or number as the Purchaser, it is
their responsibility to pay for said animal. Any person giving an INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECK or issuing an
order to STOP PAYMENT on a check will be prosecuted
to the full extent of the law. All sales are for cash, check
or appropriate instrument and must be paid immediately
after the sale. Upon payment in full, the sale clerk shall
issue an invoice which must be presented to the stable
manager for delivery of the horse. All animals are the
property of sellers until the fall of the auctioneer’s gavel,
at which time they become the property of the buyers. At
no time does ROLLA HORSE AUCTION assume any
liability for, or custody of said animals.
WARRANTIES: All statements accompanying entries in the sales catalog are representations made by consignors and are for general information only. ROLLA
HORSE AUCTION assumes no responsibility of the accuracy of any such statements. Additional information
will be provided from the auction platform immediately
prior to the sale of each animal and will take precedence
over any written materials. Buyers, therefore, should pay
strict attention to all announcements by the auctioneers
and sales personnel but should personally assure themselves in such fashion as they may choose as to the various
characteristics of any and all animals they purchase.
BIDS: The official auctioneer shall be the judge of
any dispute regarding bids and shall follow rules of practice established in the profession.
LIABILITY: Spectators, buyers, and sellers are
aware of the danger presented by the numerous large animals in the sale ring and on the grounds and are at their
own peril in conducting themselves. ROLLA HORSE
AUCTION accepts or claims no responsibility for any injuries or accidents occurring.
COMMISSION AND SALE FEES: $35.00 Consignment Fee, 8% Commission of the sale price and $5.00
Yardage per head. $15.00 No Sale Fee.
Buyers must clear through office before purchasing
any animal. Proper ID needed for buyers.
All consignors will be paid day of sale. All footnotes
are made by the consignor.
