Enter the four-digit code for each college, university, or scholarship program that you want to receive your official SAT®
score report. Codes are provided at collegeboard.org/sat-codes and in The SAT Code List booklet in your counselor’s office.
– Normally, score reports are sent within one to two weeks of when the order is placed. We will send a cumulative report of all
SAT and SAT Subject Test scores that are available and reportable to the colleges and programs you have noted below. Visit
sat.org/scores to learn about Score Choice™. Institutions may need additional time to process your scores once they receive them.
– Optional rush reporting is available for an additional fee. In general, rush scores are sent two business days after your request is
processed. Not all colleges accept rush reporting — check before ordering.
FeeWaiver Information (If eligible) You may be eligible to order up to a total of four additional SAT score reports at no charge while you are in high school. See your counselor to find out if you are eligible for fee waivers and to obtain a feewaiver code, if needed. To use your additional
score report credits, mark the appropriate box below. If you check the second box, you must enter a feewaiver code below. †I used a fee waiver to register for the SAT or SAT Subject Tests™. (Find out how many score report credits you have left by
