This Addendum shall form part of the Contract Documents.
The Bidders should acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Submission Form – Appendix A. 1. Question:
Are Class D, C, B and A cost estimates required?
Answer:
Yes. Preliminary design, 30%, 60% and pre-tender cost estimates required.
2. Question:
Are 3rd party cost estimates required?
Answer:
No. They can be done in-house.
3. Question:
Does the Architect have to be the prime consultant or can the consulting
engineer be the prime consultant?
Answer:
Either is acceptable as long as one firm provides the requested services.
4. Question:
When will the site survey, DSS report and geotechnical survey be completed?

A site survey and DSS report will be completed and made available to the
successful proponent. A geotechnical survey will be completed after the
award of the RFP, in conjunction with the successful proponent.

No.

Can the relationship coordinator be the same person as the project manager?
Answer:

How is the site serviced (i.e. water, sanitary and storm)?

The site has municipal water, sanitary and storm systems.

Is the existing facility serviced with natural gas?
