GUARANTEE POLICY
In order to prepare for your event, we ask that you provide the
guaranteed number of guests by noon, two (2) business days
before your scheduled event. Saturday and Sunday events must
be finalized by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to your event. Food
quantities, service items and billing will be based upon this
number. We will make every effort to accommodate changes after
this final count is set; however, we cannot guarantee availability
of all items. Any changes made (with the exception of orders
made via the Express Menu or Beverage Menu) within 48 hours
will result in a $25 service charge. Additional charges may apply.
SUSTAINABILITY
If you would like to make your event more eco-friendly, we can
supply compostable products. The additional cost of this service
is $3.50 per guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
An event may be canceled with no charges up to 72 business
hours prior to your event. Events canceled with less than the
required notice will be charged based on costs incurred.

BREAK SERVICE
A refreshment break service adds hospitality to any meeting or
seminar. Set up and self-served in your meeting room for the morning,
afternoon or all day. We proudly serve freshly brewed Port City Java
coffee. Decaffeinated coffee may be substituted at no additional cost.
For groups fewer than 20 people, a $50 minimum applies for break
services. Ask us about our McKimmon Cafe card option. For Saturday
