Please ensure that all gear is labelled and that your child knows what is
packed. It is a good idea to pack together.
Backpack or suitcase for gear
Sleeping bag, pillow and blanket
Sleep sheet to cover mattress
Waterproof raincoat / jacket
Tauriko red polo shirt, black sports shorts
Sneakers to play sports in
Warm Clothing - sweatshirt and jersey, t-shirts / shirts, shorts, long
trousers or track pants. Thermals / polyprops are ideal.
Note: please pack enough clothing for a week - must be suitable
for recreational time and also for all weathers.
Underwear, socks and hankies
Pyjamas / Nightwear
Swimming togs (rash vest are optional extras)
Footwear x 2: 1 pair suitable for wearing around camp, and a pair of
sneakers for sports
Toilet gear; toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, face cloth, etc
2 towels
Large plastic bag for wet or dirty gear
Sunscreen, hat, insect repellant!
Morning tea, lunch and a drink for the first day
Water bottle
Warm hat
Shin Pads for Hockey & Soccer
Mouth Guards for Rugby and Hockey
School tracksuits - each student will be issued one.
Care and responsibility: These are very precious and expensive to replace.
Tracksuits need to be returned to school after camp—clean and tidy.

Camera - students will be responsible for their own camera so please
consider this before sending it with your child.
NOTE FOR STUDENTS:
Cellphones are not allowed on camp - there are no exceptions with this rule
please. A contact number will be sent home to parents for emergency calls.
