Rosenblatt for an engaging discussion about the early demonstrations of science that were presented as thrilling entertainment in venues like Peale’s Baltimore Museum and the parlors of polite society. A Phantasmagoria or magic lantern show and reception will follow, with an opportunity to visit the exhibition.
