PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS JAGNET/SELF SERVICE How to update your voluntary deductions using self service. Office of Human Resources • After logging in to your JAGNET account, click on EMPLOYEE TAB • Choose BENEFITS and DEDUCTIONS link • Choose BENEFITS ENROLLMENT • Choose MISCELLANEOUS A list of your payroll elections to either 403b Annuity accounts and/or voluntary deductions such as Memorial Gardens Donations will appear To update monthly amount, click on UPDATE (Vendor web site link will launch annuity website) STATUS: Active to continue deduction Set to INACTIVE to STOP the deduction Effective Date of Change: 1st of month after last payroll date Employee Deduction: Enter monthly payroll contribution, preferably in whole dollars. Annual Limit: DO NOT CHANGE – limits are IRS-regulated. Click SUBMIT CHANGES once elections are reviewed for accuracy. CONGRATULATIONS! Your payroll deduction was successfully processed.
