For the safety of all participants, PLEASE NO DOGS. NO STROLLERS in the 5K and 1M run. In consideration of the foregoing, I for myself, my executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge the city of Bloomington, Normal, County of McLean, Unit 5 School District, Sugar Creek Elementary & PTO and other sponsors and supporters for all claims and damages, demands, actions and whatever in any manner arising out of my participation or my knowledge of risk involved in this event and I am physically Pit and trained to participate in this event and abide by the rules of the walk/run. Additionally, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
