When selected, all calculations are regenerated for the selected group. Checkbox pulldown filters allow more than one option to be selected. Single pulldown filters allow for a single selection. Green arrows drill down to more detail for that item. Item numbers allow for selection of specific records for printing or filtering. Field filters allow for text to be entered. Color (Slash) pulldowns allow for selection of a color code. Underlined items indicate that it is link to provide additional detail. With the grid, users may lock or hide columns by using the Show/Hide Columns option in the top left corner of any grid screen. Once the grid has the appropriate data: • • • • Select the screen’s button. Select the Grid Print option. Name the report, if desired. Enter any helpful notes. • Select the Options screen button. Once generated, reports will be available in the Report Queue by clicking on the report icon. STANDARD REPORT Specific reports are available for each of the tabs in Trends. Once generated, reports will be available in the Report Queue by clicking on the report icon. The sample image is displayed to show the basic layout and format of the report. This is not an image of the report data selected. Once the grid has the appropriate data: New Standard Reports are being added often. If there is a report request, please contact [email protected].
