Quick Reference Guide - LOCATOR® Root Attachment
The LOCATOR Root Attachment provides an extra-radicular (above the
root) design which allows the special locating skirt on the mating attachment to easily locate and seat properly every time for accurate patient
alignment. The unique patented Dual Retention provides a combination
of inside & outside retention that ensures long lasting performance.
Starter Kit (8011) or Mixed Kit (8071) provide everything that you’ll
need for 2 cases. Each kit includes four (4) root attachments, paral-lel
posts, burs and the required Male Processing Packages. Four (4) 0degree female root attachments are contained in the Starter Kit while
the Mixed Kit offers two (2) 0-degree, one (1) 10-degree, and one (1)
20-degree female root attachments for use with divergent root canals.

When a gold coping is desired to cover and protect the root surface, a
special Cast-to Female (8528) is utilized. All necessary parts are
included in the four (4) Root Coping Kit (8051).
LOCATOR Male Processing Packages (8519-2, 8519-10) contain the
Denture Cap with Black Processing Male, Dual Retentive Replacement
Males: Clear, Pink, Blue, and Block-Out Spacer.
The LOCATOR Core Tool (8393) is required for nylon male placement
and removal. For complete instructions please refer to the LOCATOR®

Zest Anchors, LLC provides a limited warranty for its products, to the
original purchaser, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date
of purchase. Plaque can be most damaging to any dental attachment
and proper patient hygiene is essential.

ZAAG STANDARD FEMALE
The ZAAG’s subgingival connection results in the application of forces
near the root center for support. The wide band of wear area on both
the nylon male and metal root female allows for a long attachment
life. The larger diameter of the nylon male shaft reduces bending and
breakage. ZAAG Mini Females (require 3.5mm diameter root) and
ZAAG Standard Females (require 4.0mm diameter root). A cast-to
version is also available.

To remove a nylon male from the ZAAG Denture Cap and replace it
with a ZAAG Replacement Male, use the ZAAG Denture Cap Tool Kit
(9201) which contains a Coring Tool and Seating Tool. The ZAAG ST
Denture Cap requires the Denture Cap Tool Kit (9201) and ST Seating
Tool Kit (9202).

Chairside Light Cure is a special formulation of strong light activated,
