Issuance of progress billing within 4 working days after Architect Cert has been received
from Project Department and updates the Architect Certificate into the system.
To follow up, monitor and collect the collection of progress billing before the due date either
from the buyer or end –financier to ensure healthy cash flow. Collection is to be made within 21
working days as per SPA.
To monitor and follow-up the redemption statement from Master Chargee to be updated in
the
developer system.

To generate late payment interest by monthly and send the reminder letter to the respective

Issuance of official receipt for all transaction involving all payments from buyer or end-financier

Ensure the billings, reminders; termination and loan documentation are carried out in accordance
of the terms and conditions of the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
To monitor and update the purchaser’s information and details in excel and developer system.
To perform all relevant liaison with the purchasers, lawyer and banker.
Liaise/follow up with the purchasers with the purchasers; solicitors and financier for progress of
loan documentation until loan disburse.
Prepare a weekly and monthly billing and collection reports and forecast collection.
To execute memorandum of transfer and transfer of strata title.
Follow up with solicitor and buyer on the MOT and Strata Title in order to complete the process of
transfer name.
Send a reminder by email, call and official letter to the purchaser and solicitor to proceed with
the MOT and Strata Title.
To monitor the collection of Strata Title and MOT pending from the purchaser and solicitor.
To issue the confirmation letter for sub-sale to the solicitor and follow up the subsale
documentation.
