Double Stage Coal Gasi? er

Double-stage coal Gasi? er is
divided into carbonization stage and
gasi?cation stage from top to bottom.
The coal, after sufficient drying and
long period of low-temperature
carbonization form upper stage gas
which relatively is high in calori?c
value, at low temperature and contains
recoverable good quality low-temp tar
oil. The dried and carbonized coal is
then transferred in to gasi?cation stage
and makes Redox reaction with the
supplied gasi?cation agent and form
relatively low calori?c value, tar free of
hot carbonization gas. This type of
Gasi?er is specially designed to gasify
bituminous coal and meet good
environmental protection performance.
Dry Desulfurization System
It is a commonly known
desulfurization method, which is widely
used for the desulfurization of Coal
Gas. It's principle is based on activated
carbon agent as a catalyst and
absorption.
Wet Desulfurization System
It is applicable to the puri?cation
and ?ne Desulfurization of Coal Gas
offers very low operation cost in
compare of Dry desulfurization system
and precise control on the H2S content
of the Coal Gas.
Pyrolysis / L.T.C. shaft Coal Gasi? er
On the basis of single-stage
Gasi?er, Pyrolysis coal Gasi?er is
developed by pro?ting from the
advantages of Double-Stage Gasi?er,
which is more suitable for the
gasi?cation of Low Grade bituminous /
Brown coal with high ash content. It is
able to not only produce high calori?c
value Pyrolysis (Low Temperature
Carbonization – L.T.C.) gas and free
?ow light tar with low temperature, but
also produces more Gasi?ed gas by
complete gasi? cation. It is
characterized by small investment,
high gas calori?c value and short
construction period.
Electrostatic Tar / Dust Collector
The working Principle of the
electrostatic Tar / Dust collector is:
under the effect of strong electric ?eld,
the dust, oil mist, tiny particles in coal
gas will have negative charge. They
will move to cathode and be will
adsorbed after the neutralization, than
collected to residue bin.
