Basic Tai Chi Movement: Learn the basic foundation of Tai Chi practice.
Stretch, Strengthen & Tone: A combination of weight

Family Zumba- a blend of Latin and International rhythms and music kids
love! The moves are simple and easy, designed for all ages to have fun and
fitness at the same time.
Forever Fit: This class is designed for the older adult and combines
low impact aerobics with stretching, weight training and balance work.
*Audio and/or videotaping is prohibited during any fitness class.
*Studios are available/open to members during class times only.
*Please arrive to class on time. Do not enter a class if it’s been
in session for more than 5 minutes.
Gentle Yoga: Gentle yoga is a softer, nurturing and slower- paced yoga
class. The approach uses careful movements, controlled pressure, and
well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may
be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing.
Interval Challenge: Maximize your workout results with Interval
Challenge! Intensity and formats during class will vary for a full body
workout including Cardio, Core Stability, Plyometrics, Strength Training and
more. All levels welcome.
Move and Meditate: Explore a variety of active meditation techniques
drawn from Eastern spiritual traditions and modern Mindfulness-Based
Stress Reduction exercises. We will start out with gentle and restorative
stretching to relax the body and mind. Learn easy techniques for
incorporating meditation into a busy lifestyle.
Muscle: A total workout strengthening all muscles of the body. Class
utilizes dumbbells.
Pilates: A holistic approach to total body conditioning emphasizing the

classes is 13 at the discretion of the group fitness director.

Ripstix, fuses Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics with constant
simulated drumming to sculpt muscle and burn calories. Ripstix are
provided during class. Limit 25 participants.
Power Sculpt: This high intensity workout is sure to leave no muscle
untouched! Class will include cardiovascular training, weight training and
stretching. This class will improve muscle tone, endurance and overall
strength.
New cyclers must arrive 10 minutes prior to class to get set up
on the bikes.
