National Employee Health & Fitness Month Beginning May 11th, we will
be having various vendors out to Resolution Fitness just for you! These vendors include FitRadio, Big Peach Running
Co, Good Measure Meals and more! Don’t miss out on the fun, samples, and giveaways!!
Focus on Flexibility Improved flexibility has proven to enhance performance in aerobic training
and muscular conditioning! This could be the one thing that is missing from your workout and keeping you from
reaching your goal. Throughout the whole month of May, we will be continuing the $1 a minute stretch sessions.

Octane Cross Circuit Continued class on our new Octane Ellipticals with Powerblocks! Join
Noel every Wednesday from 1-1:30 for an intense strength and cardio workout. The maximum number of participants for each class is 6 and the cost is $5. Pay in advance to reserve your spot! See the front desk for additional
details.
Run the One Hundred This challenge encourages members to reach a goal of 100 miles by
running in Resolution Fitness or outdoors during your workout @ 191. Miles on the treadmill, ellipticals, outdoors or in
the Trekking or Cross Circuit classes will count towards your total. Mileage will be recorded on each participants
individual tracking sheet and a leaderboard will be updated with rankings each morning. First, second, and third
place winners will receive awards! Winners will be announced Monday, June 1 st! Contact Erin Heuiser

Good Measure Meals has partnered with Corporate Sports Unlimited to provide members with access to Registered
Dietitian, Jamie Hamblin, who is available for consultations at the fitness center on the second Tuesday of each month.
Jamie is available for Initial Nutrition Assessments, Follow Up Consults, MedGem Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis, and
Nutrition Lunch and Learns.
Massage Therapy
Chair Massage: Wednesdays between 11:30am-1:30pm, Sign ups in the fitness center lobby, Cost is $1 per minute. Table
Massage: May be scheduled Wednesdays (not between hours of 11:30am-1:30pm) or Fridays, Swedish, Deep Tissue or
Stretching appointments available in 30, 60, or 90-minute increments, 24-hour appointment notice required.
